day late and a word short….

No meds
resuscitate
like the touch
of your skin

music surrounds me
when your whisper
caresses me alive

    • Whenas in silks my Julia goes,
Then, then (methinks) how sweetly flows
      That liquefaction of her clothes.

Next, when I cast mine eyes, and see
That brave vibration each way free,
O how that glittering taketh me!

      Robert Herrick

Why not a nine Word go; terrific piece regardless; makes me want to do one where each of ten stanzas come down a word, so the last one would be a single word; maybe “Diminishing Returns” form; lots of fun out on the trail tonight; thanks for your boldness.

  26. Nothing like the touch of the skin ~ Nine words are good enough for me, smiles ~

  27. Love that first one–interestingly I’ve learned, as a nurse (an old one), people have a lesser chance of getting better if they don’t have someone to get better for. So there’s a clinical validity to your point.

  28. Lovely! I have to go look at the prompt–

  29. Ha…the 9Word!

  30. Wow .. that’s a set of meds.. what a wonderful touch,
